Tressage collection

Tressage

As the latest addition to the Cartier Libre collection, Tressage brings together three aesthetics that reinterpret goldwork, volume and the interplay of contrasts—as well as a unique creation that is both a cape and jewel, born from a collaboration with a Parisian stylist.

GOLD BEAD CHAINS AND PRECIOUS ROLLERS

A ring and a bracelet, radiant gold jewellery with generous volumes. Precious clinking creations, whose tactile material is composed of a multitude of gold beads: an emblematic shape for the Maison, from the time of Jeanne Toussaint.

MATERIALS IN TENSION

Cartier pushes the boundaries of appearance and transforms hard materials—gold and stone—to give the illusion of supple, living forms that precious bonds cannot seem to contain.

TWISTED CORAL, BRAIDED DIAMONDS AND GOLD

Gold, diamonds and coral: this colour palette is in keeping with Jeanne Toussaint's chromatic heritage. Cartier transposes it into a game of illusion: a powerful trompe-l'oeil creation with a meticulous composition.

A CAPE TRANSFORMED

A unique piece of jewellery that combines a gemstone spirit with a couture construction. This truly elegant adornment begins as a precious cape that transforms into a flowing jewellery set, starting with a choker before twirling around the neck.

AT THE CROSSROADS OF EXCEPTIONAL SAVOIR-FAIRE

This unique piece is the result of a collaboration between one of the creation studio’s designers and a Parisian fashion stylist.  The delicate balance of pureness and provocation, together with tension and limitless self-expression, reflects the expertise of each artisan and the Maison's passion for always achieving more.
