Victorienne jewellery set

Victorienne
jewellery set

Worn as a necklace or piece of shoulder jewellery, this set is structured around a 16.43-carat cabochon-cut Colombian emerald. Its rounded shape contrasts with the lines of two hexagonal-cut diamonds totalling 9.27 carats. Paying tribute to the “Bérénice” jewellery set created in 1925, this creation combines graphical design and optical effects. The undulating effect is achieved by a succession of diamond-paved elements at the top and black lacquered elements at the bottom. The result is powerful, supported by two major hallmarks of the Cartier style: geometric shapes and the contrast between black, green and white.
